Stop being the best-kept secret in your industry

Eight weeks from the day you start. In that time: your LinkedIn profile is live and professionally
written, your next borrowed stage is booked, real conversations are running, and you know exactly what to say when someone asks what it costs.

You are not underqualified. You have the track record, the reputation, and the receipts. What you don't
have is a system that puts all of that in front of the people who decide about your next opportunity.

That's a fixable problem, and it doesn't take a year.

Here's what's actually happening.

You've been told to post more. So you post more, it disappears into the feed, and you feel slightly worse about the whole thing every time.

You've been told to network. So you accept every connection request, send a few polite messages, and end up with a contact list full of people who will never hire you and a calendar full of calls that go nowhere.

And now half of LinkedIn is automated. Templated connection requests. Generated comments. Messages that open with a compliment nobody wrote. The tools got faster and the inboxes got worse, and the one thing that still works — a real person with something real to say — got rarer and therefore more valuable.

Meanwhile someone with half your experience is on the podcast you should be on. They're on the panel. They got the fractional role. It isn't because they're better than you—it's because they built a presence that made them easy to find, easy to vouch for, and easy to say yes to.

That's the gap. Not talent. Not credentials. Visibility with a system underneath it.

This is not another post-every-day, grow-your-followers program. Lazy marketing is posting and hoping.
This is the opposite of that.

She was sitting by a pool telling me she couldn't do it.

Dr. Annise Mabry writes grants. She's good at it. When we met, she was writing them at twenty, thirty, forty thousand dollars a shot for her foundation, and she was very good at that number.

We were at a conference in Arizona, both of us having pushed our flights back a day so we could sit by the pool and actually talk. And she tells me a mayor in rural Georgia has a town—Tennille, the only rural city in Georgia on the EPA's list of the two hundred worst water polluters in the country. Thirty percent of households had their water shut off. In the middle of a pandemic, while everyone was being told to wash their hands.

The engineers said fixing it would take thirteen million dollars. Federal money was coming, but it was a competitive grant, and competitive grants go to big cities with grant-writing teams.

And Annise looks at me and says: I don't know if I can pull this off.

Here's what I said back, and it's not complicated: If you can write a twenty-thousand-dollar grant, you can write a twenty-million-dollar grant. It's the same skill set at a different frequency. You already know how to do all of those things.

"I had the skills, but I needed the confidence."

She had fourteen days. She went through fourteen drafts. In February, the mayor texted her: check your email.

$11.9 million.

For the first time since 1925, that city is getting a water treatment plant. For the first time since 1993, parents there will be able to fill a baby's bottle from the tap without wondering what's in it.

She's now a municipal grant writer, working on their bridge next.

"Remember when I was scared to make a big ask? Look at me now."
— Dr. Annise Mabry, Founder, The Dr. Annise Mabry Foundation

The question I asked her is the question I ask every woman who comes through this program: Why not you? Who else is better than you? Who else is even there?

The She's LinkedUp Accelerator

Eight weeks of structured work, plus an onboarding week, starting whenever you're ready to start.

You'll build three things: a LinkedIn profile that does the selling before you ever get on a call, a daily practice that takes fifteen minutes and compounds, and an outreach approach that gets warm responses from people who don't know you yet.

We do the heavy lifting on the parts that are hardest to do for yourself. Your profile gets professionally written. So does your authority article. You don't sit staring at a blank page trying to describe your own value that's where nearly everyone stalls, so we take it off your plate entirely.

Seen. Known. Chosen.

Most visibility advice stops at "seen."
Getting seen is the easy part and the least valuable part.
The money and the opportunities live at "chosen,"

and there is a specific path between the two.

The Magnet

Your profile is not a résumé. It's the thing people read after someone mentions your name, and it decides whether they reach out or move on. A résumé looks backward at what you've done. A Magnet looks forward at where you're going. We rebuild yours to do that job - position statement, keywords, headline, and a featured section pointing at one destination.

This is the piece we write for you.

Katie Serratore White She found us on a Tuesday. Wednesday she watched the first lesson and updated her headline and work history. Friday, a message about a bookkeeping opportunity. They got on a call.
"It looks like I have a new client. Seriously?! I cannot even believe it."
"My biggest takeaway - and one I've never heard before was Karen's insight about making your LinkedIn profile forward-looking. While your resume captures your professional experience and accomplishments, your Linkedin profile is an opportunity to tell people where you're going, and why." Stephanie Zanardi, Strategic Communications Leader | IABC Silver Quill Award Winner

The Visibility Ritual

Fifteen minutes a day. Not an hour of content creation, not posting daily a specific set of actions that puts you in front of the right people repeatedly until you're familiar. Familiar is what turns a stranger into a warm introduction. It's boring on day one and undeniable by week six.

I don't care how many people see your content. I've had posts with five thousand views produce nothing. Views are weather. Conversations are climate.

Shonté Jovan Taylor She kept showing up, including on video. Someone at Duke University watched one, reached out through LinkedIn, and she's now contracted with their business school to train leaders. "The Duke representative said she watched one of my videos and felt compelled to reach out to me." She didn't chase Duke. Duke came looking for her

The Warm Open

The outreach method. You engage with something real and specific before you ever send a message, and you never pitch in message one. This is how you start conversations with people several levels above where you're currently networking, and how you stop pitch-slapping in a party dress like everyone else in their inbox.

This is the move Annise made when she asked for eleven point nine million dollars.

Borrow the stage. Then build your own.

You get a research department.

Here's the honest part of the Warm Open: done properly, it takes real work. You have to know who's worth reaching out to, what they actually care about, and what the true thread is between them and you. Most people skip that work, which is why most outreach is garbage.

So we don't skip it. We just stop doing it by hand.

You'll build five research instruments and you'll own them forever. They find the stages worth pitching. They brief you on a host before you ever write to them. They take LinkedIn's own export of your network and tell you who in it is a referral partner, who's at a target company, who writes about your field, and who just changed jobs. They prep you in five minutes before a call.

The rule underneath all of it: AI researches. You relate.

Nothing automated ever leaves your account. No generated connection requests, no generated comments, no sequences firing at strangers while you sleep. Nothing publishes until you've put something specific in it that only you could know.

That isn't a limitation. It's the entire point. In a feed where everyone else sounds like a template, the woman who writes three real sentences wins - and now she has a research department behind those three sentences.

Three-line callout block: No scraping. No plugins. Sanctioned data exports and public information only. Nothing we teach will put your account at risk. No automation. Ever. It's a design decision, not a missing feature. You own the instruments. They're yours after the program, and they work for whatever you're selling next.

What you build, week by week.

This isn't a content library you'll feel guilty about not finishing. Every week has something that gets built and a gate that proves it got built. Most videos run ten to fifteen minutes you can watch a week's worth over coffee.

Week 0

Permission

Before any tactic, the thing that actually blocks accomplished women: permission. You'll build your buyer avatar (which doubles as the intake for your written profile), set your baseline so you can measure what changes, and learn the AI doctrine this whole program runs on.

Week 1

The Magnet

The profile method taught properly — position statement, keywords, headline, one destination so you own it for life. Then your intake goes to the writer.

Week 2

Borrowed Stages

While your profile is being written, you learn where your next stages are and how to find them on purpose. You build a ranked list, run a dossier on your top target, and cut to five stages that actually fit your values.

"Mama Shrink is going on Word of Mom Radio — and got asked to cohost an additional segment!"

— Cynthia "Mama Shrink" Edwards-Hawver
One borrowed stage became two. That's how this compounds.
Week 3

Worth the Stage

What makes a host say yes, and how the PR arc actually works. Your profile comes back, you review it, you publish it. Your authority article intake opens.

Gate 1 - Positioned: Your Magnet is live, with a URL as proof.
Week 4

The Ritual and the Warm Open

You mine your own network from LinkedIn's export. The fifteen-minute daily practice starts. The Warm Open taught once and used three ways: your network, referral partners, and journalists.

Gate 2 - In Practice: Ritual logged 10 business days running & first 5 Warm Opens sent.
Week 5

The Connection Call

The fifteen-minute conversation that turns a warm reply into something real, and how to run it so it doesn't become two hours of free consulting. Plus follow-up as a system, because no relationship is ever finished — it's paused.

Gate 3 - Seen: 1 borrowed stage booked. Gate 4 - Known: 3 real conversations logged.
Week 6

Momentum Week

No new material, deliberately. You catch up, keep the streak, and rest. Burnout is not part of the plan.

Week 7

The Offer

High-value work is designed in conversation, not listed on a website. The three formats, your private sheet, and how to say your number like you're asking someone to pass the salt.

Week 8

The Conversation

The enrollment conversation itself, start to finish. What to say, what to do when they ask the price, how to close without pressure theater — and then how to make the next one inevitable.

Gate 5 - Chosen: 1 high-ticket opportunity signed.

Everything in the program.

No bonuses. No fast-action extras. No stacking, no invented dollar values. Everything here is core if it weren't essential it wouldn't be in it.

Your LinkedIn profile, professionally written. You complete an intake in your first week and a copywriter builds your profile from it. Not a template, not a checklist - written for your positioning and the opportunity you're going after, and back in your hands by Week 3.

"She saw me and combined the various aspects of me in a way I never could have done for myself. And I'm a sales coach with a specialty in messaging. So it's absolutely true what they say: you just can't coach yourself." - Julia Kline, Sales & Marketing Consultant | Keynote Speaker | Author, Sleaze-Free Selling

Your authority article, professionally written. The Magnet's twin. One long-form piece in your voice, pinned to your featured section and live by Week 5 so your credibility is already in place before your outreach ramps up.

The full recorded program, yours to keep. Twenty-two core videos plus seven short mechanics clips that get refreshed as the platform changes. Lifetime access to the recordings.

Your five research instruments. Yours forever, and they'll work for whatever you're selling three years from now.

Live sessions with me. Ongoing, on a standing schedule. You bring your actual profile, your actual pitch, your actual draft, and we work on it. Whatever week you're on, there's a room.

Your marketing plan, read by me. Monthly. The tracker is free every Salon member has it. What you're getting here is my eyes on yours, every month.

A full year in the Visibility Salon. Not a bonus. It's where the practice lives after the program ends, which is the part most programs leave you to figure out alone. Access starts the day you enroll, so you're never working through this alone.

The annual Marketing Planning Intensive, live. Run live every year. You'll be in the room for it as a Salon member, and that year's recording goes into the library.

The journal. Printed and mailed to you. Paper, on your desk. The daily pages are your ritual log which is also how you clear Gate 2. There's a signature page for every gate. It exists because a streak you can see is a streak you keep.

This is built for two women.

THE FOUNDER SCALING A SERVICE BUSINESS

You're running something real and you want better clients, not more clients. You're done with discovery calls that were never going to close and referrals you can't predict or repeat.

THE EXECUTIVE MAKING A MOVE

You're stepping out of the corporate role toward consulting, fractional work, or a board seat. Your reputation is strong inside your company and nearly invisible outside it. That has to change before the transition, not after.

block

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF...

You want an agency to run your LinkedIn while you do nothing. You want a tool that sends messages for you we specifically don't do that, and if that's what you're shopping for, you'll be happier elsewhere. Or you're at the very beginning and haven't yet built the expertise this system is designed to amplify - this works because you already have something worth putting in front of people.

What it costs.

$2,997 paid in full, or three payments of $1,147.

That's the price. It's on the page because you're an adult with a budget and you shouldn't have to book a call to find out whether you can afford something.

What you're buying: eight weeks of structure, a professionally written profile and authority article, five research instruments you keep, live rooms with me, and a year in the Salon so the habit outlives the program.

One thing worth saying plainly. I'm not going to tell you what you'll earn from this, because I don't know your offer, your market, or how hard you'll work. What I will tell you is that the women who get the most out of it are the ones who do the ritual on the days they don't feel like it.

What happens after you enroll.

Today

Your intake goes out and your Salon access opens. You're in a room with people doing this work before you've watched a single video.

This week

Week 0 and Week 1 unlock. You build your avatar, set your baseline, and complete the profile intake that goes to your writer.

Week 3

Your professionally written profile comes back. You review it, make it sound unmistakably like you, and publish it. That's Gate 1, and it's the moment most women say something shifted.

Week 8

You've had the conversation. And you've still got a year in the Salon to keep going.

One thing about timing. Two people write every profile and every authority article in this program, and they only write so many a month. When the queue fills, enrollment pauses until it clears. There's no countdown on this page and I'm not going to invent one but if the button is live, there's room, and if it's not, there isn't

Fifteen minutes a day on the ritual, plus about an hour for the week's videos and a live session. The ritual is the part that actually moves things, and it's designed to fit into a real schedule.

Yes. The curriculum unlocks on your own eight-week clock from the day you enroll, and the live rooms run on a standing schedule that you drop into wherever you are.

Then you're behind, and you catch up. Momentum Week exists partly for this. Nobody gets removed for being slow, and your recordings don't expire.

No. Plenty of women come in with a profile they haven't touched since they last updated their job title. That's a normal starting point.

No. It's a visibility program that happens to include a serious research department. The AI does research—finding stages, briefing you on people, sorting your own network. It never writes to anyone on your behalf and it never posts. Every message that leaves your account is written by you.

No. You'll learn the judgment, not just the buttons. And you'll get the instruments as documents you own, so they still work when the tools change—which they will.

No. We use LinkedIn's own sanctioned data export and publicly available information. No scraping, no browser plugins, no third-party tools reaching into your account. Account safety is a design constraint here, not an afterthought.

The system is built on LinkedIn because that's where decision-makers in professional services actually are. What you build travels—the positioning, the article, the instruments, and the outreach method work anywhere you take them.

Most of it optimizes for reach. This optimizes for conversations. You'll notice we never talk about follower counts, and there's a reason for that.

It works. Nonprofits are a business with a different model, and the heart of every nonprofit is donations—which come from relationships. That's the entire subject of this program. Ask Annise.

Most people have. What's different here is that every week produces something you can point to, and there's a room full of people who notice when you go quiet.

You have a year in the Salon to keep the ritual going, and the recordings are yours for good. Some women continue into deeper work with me after that, and we talk about it if and when it makes sense.

Do the work through Week 3 and publish your Magnet. If you've done that and you still don't think this was worth it, email me by day 30 and I'll refund you in full.

I'm asking you to do the work first because that's the only honest way to run a guarantee on something like this. It doesn't work if you don't do it, and I'd rather refund a woman who genuinely tried than one who never opened Week 1.

After day 30, no refunds. By then your profile is written and live, your article is in progress, and you've had a month inside the Salon.

One more thing.

You've probably spent money on this problem before. Some of it worked a little and some of it didn't work at all, and there's a version of you reading this page with your arms folded. Good. You should be skeptical.

So here's the plainest version I can give you.

You already have the expertise. What's missing is a system that makes the right people aware of it on purpose instead of by accident. That's the whole thing. It's not a mindset problem and it's not a you problem, and I'd rather you spend eight weeks fixing it than another year hoping the referrals hold.

Annise had the skills. What she needed was somebody sitting next to her saying you can do this at a bigger number. That's most of what this is.

I want more wealthy women in the world. That's the entire point of my business. If you're one of them, come do this.
